Refund Policy

- Service Downgrade: If you downgrade to a lower service tier, the difference may be refunded.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Payment Terms
1. Accepted Payment Methods

2. Currency
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. For payments made in other currencies, the exchange rate will be determined by your payment provider at the time of transaction.
3. Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment data.
4. Payment Schedule
Payment terms vary based on project size and type:
- Small Projects: Full payment required before work begins
- Medium Projects: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion
- Large/Enterprise Projects: Custom payment schedule to be agreed upon
5. Invoicing
Upon payment, you will receive:
- A payment confirmation email
- An invoice/receipt for your records
- Project commencement confirmation
6. Late Payments
For projects with milestone payments:
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may result in project delays
- Continued non-payment may result in project suspension
7. Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. We will collect and remit taxes where required by law.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
